THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a FTSE UK Real Estate Investment Trust focussed on high quality Retail, Offices, Residential, Logistics and Life Science. You will play an active part in creating places that meet the needs of our customers.
You will take part in four rotations across the following areas:
- Asset Management – Gain insight into how we actively manage our portfolio to drive value and performance. You’ll work alongside the Asset Management team to understand how strategic decisions are made around leasing, tenant relationships, refurbishments, and long-term investment planning.
- Property Management – Spend time with our Property Management team who have unrivalled experience in operational and facilities management, building systems and surveying.
- Analysis – Our analysis team provide an interface between Finance and the rest of the business. This team will focus on supporting development, investment, and leasing, in addition to reporting and corporate forecasting.
- Valuations – A short secondment with one of our external valuation partners to provide you with an in depth understanding of real estate valuations.
Throughout your rotations, you will have a dedicated APC Mentor to talk you through your APC journey and be on hand to answer any queries. Additionally, you will be welcomed into our NextGen committee, who focus supporting new talent and ensuring you have the right platform for success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The scheme is for graduates that are looking for a career in Commercial Property, with the desire to become accredited by the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS) and obtain their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Many of our graduates have gone on to secure permanent positions within the business with this scheme as the building blocks to their success. Our 2020 intake have secured jobs across our Analysis, Asset Management and Leasing teams.

- Completed or duet to complete a RICS accredited degree
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
