2025/26 Sydney Vacation Clerkship Program

During this immersive experience, you’ll receive hands-on practical experience, as you work on some of the diverse challenges facing the team you’re collaborating with.

Please note:
- Applications are open to students who are in their penultimate or final year of their law degree.
- We accept and welcome applications from international students in their penultimate or final year of their Australian or New Zealand law degree, provided that you have unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia when you commence your clerkship, and you are able to apply for a visa to continue to work unrestricted in Australia upon graduation.
