Wedlake Bell Training Contract - commencing September 2028

Our Training Contract offers a comprehensive and supportive route into a career in law, providing trainees with hands-on experience across a range of practice areas. Trainees complete four six-month seats, with opportunities to work closely with partners and clients from day one.
Eligibility Criteria: To apply, you must meet one of the following:
- Be a law undergraduate in your final or penultimate year, or a law graduate;
- Be a non-law final year student or graduate;
- Have commenced an SQE preparation course.
All applicants must have achieved or be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree.
Application Process:
- All applications are carefully reviewed.
- Selected candidates will be invited to attend a virtual first round interview in July 2026. This will also include an online skills assessment.
- Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at our London office. The interview day includes a formal interview with two members of our recruitment committee and a written assessment. Candidates will also have the opportunity to attend a networking lunch with members of the firm.
