You will be treated like one of the team and experience the recognition and support you will get as a Hogan Lovells Cadwalader trainee – getting involved in client projects across a range of practices. We will give you an authentic, challenging and meaningful experience, so you can get a real glimpse of your career ahead.

In addition to the day-to-day work experience, you will also be asked to deliver presentations, participate in talks and discussions, as well as a range of pro-bono, networking and social events, providing a broader understanding of our firm, our people and our culture.

At the end of the scheme, having experienced exactly what it is like to work as part of our team, advise our clients and develop skills on real projects – you will have an automatic interview to earn a training contract with us.
