The vacation scheme at Macfarlanes is designed to give you an insight into life as a trainee over the course of two weeks.

Our vacation scheme dates are:

• Spring vacation scheme: Monday 31 March – Friday 11 April 2025
• Summer vacation scheme one: Monday 23 June – Friday 4 July 2025
• Summer vacation scheme two: Monday 7 – Friday 18 July 2025

Please note that after submitting your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. You will receive a link to the assessment within 72 hours of applying, and you will have seven days to complete it. Therefore, it is important to consider when you submit your application and ensure that you will have enough time to complete the assessment within the seven-day window. Extensions cannot be granted unless you have extenuating circumstances.
