Work Experience Student 2026

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Work Experience is to provide students with meaningful insight into life at Anthony Collins. The placement aims to, develop employability skills and help participants understand career pathways into law and professional services.

Key Tasks

During the placement, the Work Experience Student will:

• Shadow colleagues within legal teams
• Observe day‑to‑day legal work and professional services activities
• Support teams with basic administrative or research tasks where appropriate
• Attend meetings & briefings
• Work on a small task or project to consolidate learning
• Act professionally at all times and uphold the firm’s values and policies

• Experience to support future applications for apprenticeships or early career roles
• Feedback at the end of the placement

Specific Skills

An interest in sectors such as housing, health, social care, local government, education or charities

• Successful candidates are then invited to do a short video interview. This is usually conducted with a member of the HR team
• If your application is successful, you will be invited to select your preferred week in September 2026 to complete your work experience
