Lift Off is a 2-day insight scheme, which takes place in January 2027. Applications open on 1 September 2026.

This opportunity is open to students in their penultimate year of study and above. Before applying, please review our minimum academic requirements on our UK Early Careers website.

Please note that applicants may only make one application in the current recruitment cycle for either our Lift Off programme, a vacation scheme or a training contract. If you apply to Lift Off, we will consider you for our spring or summer vacation scheme at the same time. You will not need to submit a separate application.

If you are successful in securing a place on Lift Off, we will contact you to discuss your preference for a spring or summer vacation scheme assessment day. You do not need to tell us about your preference beforehand.

Our current recruitment cycle runs from 1 September 2026 - 31 August 2027.
