Looking for a summer that will launch your litigation career? At Clyde & Co’s New York office, you’ll do more than observe. You’ll actively contribute to some of the most complex insurance litigation matters in the United States.

As a Summer Associate in New York, you’ll work alongside many of the sector’s leading litigators within one of the largest insurance-focused litigation groups in the country. Our team represents major domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in high-value, high-stakes disputes, giving you firsthand exposure to some of the most impactful matters in the market.

You’ll gain experience across sectors that keep our connected world moving, particularly aviation and marine. Our lawyers have advised on virtually every major high-stakes aviation and aerospace matter, and our marine practice is part of the largest global marine team in the world. You’ll also see how we approach complex business disputes in state and federal courts and handle reinsurance arbitrations before panels such as AAA, ICDR, ICC, and Bermuda-form.

The New York office fosters a collaborative, energetic environment where learning happens through real-world experience. You’ll be part of strategy discussions, assist with case preparation, and gain meaningful client exposure, building practical skills that form the foundation of a strong litigation career.
