Clyde & Co is a global law firm building a high-performing team in Bangkok. We are building our Disputes and Corporate practice in Thailand and investing in the next generation of lawyers who will grow with us. This internship is designed for high-performing law students seeking early exposure to complex, cross-border work, and the opportunity to contribute from an early stage.

You will work on live matters with partners and associates, gaining experience across disputes, insurance and corporate transactions in Thailand and the wider region. We are looking for individuals who are curious, driven and commercially minded, with the confidence to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Our objective is to identify and develop future lawyers who will contribute to the continued growth of our Bangkok office.

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program

Our paid Summer Internship Program runs for two months from June to July and includes two rotations across different practice areas. During each rotation, interns gain hands-on experience working alongside our lawyers, under the guidance of a Partner and dedicated Early Careers Mentor.

You will have the opportunity to work on real client matters, develop practical legal skills, and gain valuable insight into a range of specialist practice areas. The program is designed to provide meaningful exposure to life in a global commercial law firm and help you make informed decisions about your future career.

We're looking for

• Academic Standing: Applicants should be in their penultimate or final year of a law degree in Thailand and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent (70% or above).
• Working Rights: Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in Thailand.
• Availability: Applicants are able to commit to paid full-time work for the entire 2-month internship program from 1 June to 31 July 2027.
• Language Proficiency: Thai and English (both written and verbal).

The internship is a future pathway to identify candidates for Trainee roles and a rewarding career at Clyde & Co.
